It's nothing much

Checked in at night.... The room they we got was not that clean..toilet was wet...so they changed another room for me... Room was kinda old... carpet was with many iron marks... Toiletries very...

Need More Professionalism in Handling Guest

Adya was one of my favourite hotel in Langkawi and been there for so many times. The staff's attitude will always change especially the receptionist whereby they never seem to follow the hotel's...
