Perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, this conference hotel is situated in a quiet area about 25 minutes by car from popular tourist sights, and the center of Kinclaven/Stanley is 10 minutes by car away. In winter, its proximity to a popular alpine ski area (about 1.5 hours' drive away) makes it the ideal starting place for adventures in the snow. It is about 50 miles to Edinburgh - Turnhouse (EDI) Airport. Glasgow - Glasgow Airport (GLA) and Aberdeen - Dyce (ABZ) are about 80 miles and 105 miles away, respectively.

The hotel was built in 1880. Guests have a choice of 42 rooms, including 3 suites, 6 single rooms and 31 double rooms, located in two 2-story buildings. The reception desk is open around the clock.
