The hotel has 253 suites, which are located on 11 stories and are reachable by 2 elevators. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service. The hotel provides a newspaper stand, room service, a laundry service, 3 conference rooms, a business center and a coin-operated laundry. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot.

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and have a king-size bed or a sofa bed. There is also a safe and a minibar for an additional fee. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. Sports/Entertainment
Guests can go for an energizing swim at the freshwater pool complex (in part heated). Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind.
