Location
This resort lies about 5 minutes from the sandy beach, in a lively area right in Meloneras. From here, it is very easy for beach vacationers to embark on an exploratory tour and get to know the area a bit better. A variety of restaurants, bars and shops are just a few yards away. It is about 25 miles to Gran Canaria - Las Palmas (LPA) Airport.

Facilities
The complex has 677 rooms and 60 suites, which are located on 5 stories and are reachable by 11 elevators. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Other services include a babysitting service on request, a childcare service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hairdresser. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A wellness area with a beauty salon is available to guests. For a fee, massage treatments are also offered. Additional recreational activities include an entertainment program, a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals
Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Delicious specialties await guests in 2 non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurants. Half board can be booked. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast and dinner. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The resort also offers special catering options. The chefs prepare delicious specialties during the show cooking.
