Hotel was filthy - literal, actual dirt on the walls. Cockroaches in the rooms. This was basically a hostel, but with your own (terrible) bathroom rather than a shared one. Not the worst location...

Friendly staff and room very clean but the hotel has to be understood for what it is - a budget offer that is well past it’s best years. So long as this is understood then you won’t be disappointed...
