Yes! My senior parents' handbag (purse) was stolen from the room. My parents returned within minutes to find a cleaner doing the beds. Security was called .... nothing much was done. BE VERY CAUTIOUS...

Not easy to find amongst all the various gates. First room allocated was not made up so given another. Smelled musty and was very hot until AC finally kicked in. Kids running in corridor making...

Good sleep in a convenient place and at a reasonable cost
