So hard to find

The entrance to the hotel is not obvious ... a little difficult to find. The elevator bell is too loud, avoid the room near the elevator. The Chao Doi Thai coffee and pineapple crisp in the cafe...

First time been to phatthalung. Reach the hotel around 1000 hours. Straight check in. Get free upgrade to VIP rooms. All the staffs were very friendly and helpfull. Superb service from the staffs...
