246 rooms, including 4 suites, 41 single rooms and 198 double rooms, are located on 12 stories and can be reached by 3 elevators. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. A safe, a playroom, a childcare service and a coin-operated laundry are available. Internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay in touch while on vacation. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop.
